REGISTRATION CLOSES 3OTH AUGUST 2016
Early Bird: £500
(registrations from (1/6/16)
Student rate: £350
Students must provide evidence that they are undertaking a full time pre-qualifying course at a named educational institution. The student will be required to produce a signed letter from Head of Faculty, or equivalent person to state that the named student is attending a full time course
Patient and Service User rate: £350
Attendees must provide evidence that they are attending the conference representing a patient or service user organisation. A signed letter on headed paper highlighting the name of the organisation is requested to state that the named attendee is attending as a representative.
Day rate: £250 (attendance at one day only)
The conference aims to be as inclusive as possible and have a limited number of bursaries available for financial support.

CALLING ALL STUDENT DELEGATES
Please register for the Health and Social Care Team Challenge (HSCTC)
HSCTC is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to work with other students from across the world. It involves working in interprofessional teams with other students during the conference to address the care of a patient (presented as a case scenario), with your team presenting a plan of care to the conference on the final day. An expert panel will judge the presentations and a winning team will be announced.
